• Louise has designed a range of key learning and development programs for some major Australian and global corporations including Consulting Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills and Coaching Skills.

• Improving "the way we communicate" has been a primary concern in business communities for the past 30 years. Louise has created a program which has addressed over 700 groups to look at ways to take responsibility for own behaviours and how to adapt individual styles to meet required outcomes.
