Melissa brings over 18 years of learning and development, marketing and management experience to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Learning Dimensions.

With a passion for managing organisations that make a difference, Melissa has previously been a learning and development consultant and coach in her own right, having worked for consultancies based in Malaysia, Singapore and New York specialising in multiple training interventions across multiple countries.

Melissa’s commitment to clients is to provide a Project Team to deliver robust solutions that produce tangible outcomes whilst providing service that exceeds expectations.
