Learner Support Services Officer

Vicky is the key ‘post-program’ contact for all learners enrolled in accredited training courses run by Learning Dimensions and Safety Dimensions. Organising support for 3000+ learners, Vicky works seamlessly with the Project Teams to ensure every learner receives the best support to succeed in their training. Her role includes maintaining accurate information about learners, how they progress through the course, and their completion. This information is crucial for employers and our Project Team so they support an employee in completing a course.

Prior to joining our company, Vicky has worked in the health sector, as well as a top-tier Australian construction company as a Training Administrator. Vicky has qualifications in Business Administration and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In line with her commitment to helping people succeed in learning, Vicky aspires to get involved with apprenticeship/traineeship program management and give back to the community by volunteering.
